User agreement

- General terms and conditions
1.1. The use of the materials and services of the Website is regulated by the norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. User's Obligations

2.3. When quoting Website materials, including copyrighted works, a link to the Website is required (subparagraph 1 of paragraph 1 of Article 1274 of the CC RF).
2.4. The User's comments and other entries on the Website must not conflict with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation and generally accepted norms of morality and morality.

2.6. The User agrees that the Site Administration is not responsible and has no direct or indirect obligations to the User in connection with any possible or incurred losses or damages related to any content of the Site, copyright registration and information about such registration, goods or services available on or obtained through external sites or resources or other User contacts that they have joined using information posted on the Site or links to external resources.
2.7. The User accepts the provision that all materials and services of the Site or any part thereof may be accompanied by advertising. The User agrees that the Site Administration does not bear any responsibility and has no obligations in connection with such advertising.

3. Other conditions
3.1. All possible disputes arising from or related to this Agreement are subject to resolution in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
3.2. Nothing in the Agreement can be understood as establishing agency relations, partnership relations, joint business relations, personal employment relations, or any other relations not expressly provided for in the Agreement between the User and the Site Administration.
3.3. The court's recognition of any provision of the Agreement as invalid or non-enforceable does not invalidate other provisions of the Agreement.
3.4. Inaction on the part of the Site Administration in case of violation by any of the Users of the provisions of the Agreement does not deprive the Site Administration of the right to take appropriate actions later to protect its interests and protect copyrights or other rights to the Site materials protected in accordance with the law.

4. Processing of personal data
The processing of the User's personal data is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. TRICITY LLC takes all necessary measures to protect the User's personal data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or destruction. TRICITY LLC provides access to the User's personal data only to those employees, contractors and agents who need this information to ensure the operation of Internet sites, conclude and execute contracts with the User.
